The training base will be at the small and friendly village of Obertilliach.
Obertilliach is situated in southern Austria, close to the Italian border and within easy reach by car and public transport from all the major airports in Austria, Germany & Italy.
Hochfilzen 2011
Hochfilzen is home to the Austrian ski federation and is the national training centre for cross country skiing and biathlon. It is connected to a vast network of ski trails that run for over 120 km with easy skiing around the town of Hochfilzen and more challenging tracks on the biathlon world cup course.
